Shipping policy

The eVend team desires this to be one of the easiest Shipping and Returns policies you ever read. 

US Domestic standard shipping is always free*! Yes you read that right, whether you order a single $10 item or a pallet’s worth of items it’s always free via our standard shipment methods! No yearly subscription needed, no monthly or order minimum required, Standard shipping is always free... it’s that simple. 

 ALL APO AND FPO addresses are counted as US Domestic shipping addresses, all shipping via our standard methods are free to APO and FPO addresses as well (and thanks for serving). 

*only exception is for single regularly priced eVend exclusive FiGPiN

For large or specialty shipping requests please contact us to learn how we can work to accommodate your requests. 

Our return policy is simple as well. 

Any item purchased from us (that you wish to return) can be returned to us in the original condition it was sent within 30 days, with no restocking fee and a return label provided by us.  If the item is returned in a used/damaged/open condition, a refund may be refused. 

We reserve the right to suspend or ban you and subsequent orders if we believe return fraud or abuse is taking place.
